When can I request a degree certificate?

Starting the day after you graduate, you can request a degree certificate by following the online procedure outlined in the “Request and Issue of Certificates” section. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment by sending an email to laureati@luiss.it.

How can I pay for the revenue stamps?

After you submit the certificate request form via email, along with a copy of a valid ID, the Graduates Office will post the stamp duty amount due in your Web Self Service personal area. You can then pay by credit card.

How can I request a degree certificate with a handwritten signature, and how long does it take to receive it?

To receive a certificate with a handwritten signature, simply indicate this in the “Other” field on the request form. It takes three business days from the request for the certificate to be issued.

When I enrolled at the University, I submitted my original high school diploma. How can I retrieve it?

You can either send an email to  laureati@luiss.it  to schedule an appointment or request that it be mailed to you by following the steps outlined in the Degree Certificates section.

How can I print a self-declaration?

You can print self-declarations related to your course of study directly from the Web Self Service. To access the service, you need your username and password (PIN). If you no longer have this information, you can send a request via email to laureati@luiss.it , attaching a valid ID.

I took the state exam to become a certified public accountant at Luiss University. How can I request a replacement certificate or the original diploma?
