Admission to Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs for EU Students via Testing
The second session of the Luiss Test for admission to the Bachelor’s Degree Programs and the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Program in Law for the 2026/2027 academic year is reserved for students who are citizens of a European Union and/or Schengen Area country. You can register for the Test through May 5, 2026.
The second and final session of the Luiss Test will take place from May 12 to 14, 2026, and will be administered online and remotely.

Luiss Test May 2026: second session
The second and final session of the Luiss Test for EU/Schengen students is reserved for candidates who are citizens of a European Union or Schengen Area country and who hold, or will obtain by July 22, 2026, a high school diploma valid for admission to Italian universities as per ministerial requirements.
Applications must be submitted online by May 5, 2026, exclusively through the dedicated platform available on this page. Before submitting the application, you must pay a mandatory, non-refundable fee of 150.00 euros.
When filling out the application, each candidate must:
- indicate the chosen degree program, which is binding for admission and subsequent enrollment;
- select, via the platform, the day and time slot for the test from those available between May 12 and 14, 2026.
The degree program selection and the information provided in the application can be changed up until May 5, 2026, by sending a request to the Admissions Office at ammissione@luiss.it. After that date, the selection cannot be changed. Each candidate may take the test only once per session and for a single degree program.

If you are applying for a degree program taught in Italian, the Luiss Test will be in Italian.
For admission to a degree program taught in English, the test will be administered in English.
Foreign educational qualifications
Applicants with a foreign qualification must also attach, during the application process, the required documentation to verify the suitability of their educational background and the validity of their diploma for admission to Italian universities.
Specifically, you must submit report cards from the last two years, issued by the school you attended, indicating:
- grades
- the relevant school years
- the school year
- the institution’s official stamp
- the final qualification to be obtained
The documentation must be submitted in Italian, English, or French; documents in other languages must be accompanied by a certified translation. In any case, the Admissions Office will verify the documentation in accordance with current regulations and the criteria published by the University on the page dedicated to foreign qualifications.
Luiss Test Structure
The test is administered online in either Italian or English, depending on the degree program selected.
The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 75 minutes. The questions are designed to assess psycho-aptitude skills, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.

Results, admission, and enrollment
The results will be available starting in mid-June 2026, with details and deadlines published on the dedicated page of the University’s website.
Admission will be determined solely by the score obtained on the Luiss Test. The rankings, separated by degree program, will be compiled in order of score.
Admission, if granted, is subject to conditions and will only be confirmed after verifying the submitted documentation and the validity of the academic qualification for admission to Italian universities.
Admitted students must complete their enrollment by July 22, 2026, by paying the first installment of 4,700.00 euros, along with the regional tuition fee and stamp duty, as per the procedures specified by the University. If you don’t enroll by the deadline, your admission will be forfeited.

FAQ
Yes, you can change the information you’ve entered and the degree program you’ve selected by May 5, 2026, by contacting the Admissions Office at ammissione@luiss.it. After this date, the choice becomes final.
Yes. Those who already participated in the first session can register for the second session by May 5, 2026.
The one-time annual fee for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs is 14,000.00 euros (payable in three installments).
Candidates with a disability exceeding 66% or with learning disabilities must indicate, when registering for the Test via the dedicated platform, their desire to use the compensatory measures provided for by law by May 5, 2026.
Candidates must also upload, no later than May 5, 2026, medical documentation issued by accredited medical facilities, dated no earlier than 2023 or after the candidate's 18th birthday, so that the Commission can provide compensatory measures in time for the admission test.
Additional time of 30% or 50% may be granted in cases of disability, and the use of a non-scientific calculator or the presence of a tutor-reader may also be permitted. After the Commission's review, the candidate will be notified of the assigned accommodations.
Requests submitted after the deadline or through different methods will not be considered.
