Please be advised that DiSCo LAZIO has published a call for applications for cash grants of up to €250 per person. These grants are intended for the purchase of university books or e-books, such as textbooks, and are available to students enrolled in the 2017–2018 or 2018–2019 academic year.

“Cultivate a Talent” Competition Announcement
To foster solidarity among generations of students and cultivate a deep sense of cultural awareness and social responsibility, Luiss has established a revolving fund. This initiative, supported financially by Intesa Sanpaolo, Ferrari S.p.A., and the law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Capelli & Partners, provides financial assistance to cover the costs of studying for students enrolling in the first year of a Master's or Single-Cycle Master's program at Luiss.
Call for applications for a full exemption from the Single Contribution, reserved for student athletes selected for the Luiss SSD swim team – 2018-2019 academic year
As part of the Luiss Sport Academy project’s objectives, and thanks to a contribution from Intesa Sanpaolo, Luiss is offering a full exemption from the Single Contribution fee for enrollment in a Luiss degree program, with the exception of the regional fee for the right to study.
Students selected from among the members of the Luiss SSD swim team during the 2018–2019 sports season are eligible to participate in this competition.
Riccardo Zacconi Double-Degree Scholarships
Thanks to Riccardo Zacconi’s donation, up to 4 students applying for the Double Degree in International Management / Corporate Finance (DDIM) with the Fudan School of Management will be eligible for the Riccardo Zacconi Double Degree Scholarships.
International Training Program
Luiss is launching a competition to admit two students to the ITP – International Training Program. This is a premier educational program, jointly managed and funded by Luiss and Terna S.p.A., that combines academic training with corporate experience as part of the Master of Science in Management program, with courses taught entirely in English.
This call is aimed at exceptionally bright students who have earned—or will earn by July 2018—a bachelor’s degree from an institution outside the Italian university system and who come from the following countries: Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, or Peru.
Call for applications for the award of 26 full exemptions from the payment of the Single Contribution – Academic Year 2018-2019
Luiss is offering twenty-six full exemptions from the Single Contribution fee, reserved for students enrolling in the first year of a Master's degree program.
The exemptions will be awarded as follows:
Ten full exemptions from the Single Contribution are reserved for students who are not Italian citizens and who will participate in the international selection process for enrollment in the first year of an English-taught Master's degree program during the 2018–2019 academic year. The exemptions will be allocated as follows:
- 8 full exemptions for enrollment in one of the following degree programs in the Department of Business and Management: Management; Marketing; Corporate Finance;
- 1 full exemption for enrollment in the Master's Degree Program in Economics and Finance offered by the Department of Economics and Finance;
- 1 full exemption for enrollment in the Bachelor's Degree Program in International Relations within the Department of Political Science.
The exemptions will be granted at the sole discretion of the examining committee responsible for candidate admissions and will be communicated alongside the admission decision, in accordance with the deadlines published in the competition notice.
The Committee will also confirm the exemption for years beyond the first, based on the student's academic record.
A total of 10 exemptions from the Single Fee payment are reserved for students who participate in the selection process for enrollment, in the 2018-2019 academic year, in the first year of the Master's Degree Program in the Department of Economics and Finance – Economics, as part of the RoME Project (Rome Masters in Economics), taught in English.
A total of 6 exemptions from the Single Contribution fee for enrollment in the first year of a Master's Degree program in the Departments of Political Science, Business and Management, and Economics and Finance are reserved for students who hold a GMAT certificate with a score of 710 or higher, or a GRE certificate with a score of 160 or higher (in both the Verbal and Quantitative sections).
The exemptions will be awarded in descending order of score by the examining committee, which will also confirm the exemption for subsequent years based on the student's academic record.
Call for applications for the award of 2 scholarships to female students admitted to the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Management and Computer Science at Luiss – Academic Year 2018-2019
To encourage women’s entry into the most innovative technical and managerial roles within companies, Luiss is launching a competition to award two scholarships. These will go to two female students who take the admission test on April 19, 2018 and are admitted to the first year of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Management and Computer Science.
The scholarship provides a full exemption from the Single Contribution payable to Luiss for the entire standard duration of the program.
Scholarship reserved for students who participated in the Festival dei Giovani in Gaeta from April 10 to 13, 2018
Luiss awards a scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year to a senior in high school who registers for the admission test on April 19, 2018, at the Luiss stand at the Festival dei Giovani and is admitted with the highest score (regardless of the degree program chosen).
The scholarship provides full exemption from the Single Contribution payment for the entire standard duration of the program.
Call for applications for the award of 5 partial exemptions from the payment of the Single Contribution, in memory of Commendatore Giovanni Palombini
Luiss is awarding 5 partial exemptions from the Single Contribution to students enrolled in the first year of a Luiss degree program, in memory of Commendatore Giovanni Palombini.
Application submission: May 15, 2018
Note: The deadline has been extended to May 31, 2018.
Call for applications for the award of 3 full exemptions from the Single Contribution payment for students with non-Italian citizenship – Academic year 2018-2019
Luiss is offering three full exemptions from the Single Contribution fee for students who are not Italian citizens and who are participating in the international selection process to enroll in the first year of a three-year degree program taught in English. Specifically:
- 1 full exemption for enrollment in the Bachelor's Degree Program in Management and Computer Science
- 1 full exemption for enrollment in the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business
- 1 full exemption for enrollment in the Bachelor of Science in Political Science – Major in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics
The exemptions will be awarded at the sole discretion of the examining committee responsible for admitting candidates and will be communicated alongside the admission decision, following the deadlines published in the competition notice.
The Committee will also confirm the exemption for the years following the first year based on the student’s academic record.
Riccardo Zacconi Scholarship - 2018-2019 Academic Year
Thanks to a donation from Riccardo Zacconi, LUISS is offering a scholarship that provides full exemption from the Single Contribution fee for the 2018-2019 academic year, with the sole exception of the regional fee for the right to study. This scholarship will be awarded to the student who ranks first on the admission list for the Bachelor's Degree Program in Management and Computer Science.
This exemption may also be confirmed for subsequent academic years, provided the student passes all exams required by the curriculum by the fall session of each year with an average grade of 28/30.
LUISSMatics Scholarship - 2018-2019 Academic Year
Luiss awards a scholarship to a student in their final year of a public or accredited private high school who achieves the best result among those admitted to the first-year entrance exam for the Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Computer Science, and who has successfully completed all the tests in the fourth edition of LUISSMatics.
Measures to support university students - Contribution toward rent payments for the period March–July 2018
Laziodisu has published a call for applications for cash grants to partially cover housing costs for students residing and/or domiciled in Lazio. Applicants must have an ISEE (equivalent financial status indicator) signed between January 16, 2017, and January 15, 2018, and based on 2015 income, that is less than or equal to €30,000.
