Via Parenzo 11 – Rome
With its clean, functional architecture, the Via Parenzo Campus is the result of a carefully planned restoration project carried out in the 1990s. Simple lines, practical spaces and understated colours define a contemporary, stimulating study environment, ideal for learning, critical debate and academic life.

Viale Pola 12 – Rome
Luiss’s historic home since the 1970s, the Viale Pola Campus embodies the University’s institutional heritage. Its late 16th-century manor house, historic park and charming Tinello, with its Fountain of the Nile, create an evocative setting where cultural heritage meets the future.

Via Nomentana 216 – Rome
Home to Luiss Business School, Villa Blanc is a masterpiece of late 19th-century eclectic architecture, restored to its original splendour through an extensive conservation project undertaken by the University. It is an iconic setting where historic and artistic heritage meets state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to management education and advanced professional development.

The Luiss University campus, situated between Viale Romania and Via Panama, is part of a much larger property owned by the Count de Heritz. In the latter half of the 19th century (1878), he consolidated several suburban villas—including Villa Digne, Villa Lecce, and Villa Simonetti—into a single estate.

Baron Alberto de Blanc commissioned Villa Blanc between 1895 and 1898, following his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Crispi government. A man of great culture and international outlook, de Blanc is credited with completing a project that remains unique in the realm of Roman architectural and decorative culture.

Villa Alberoni, along with Villa Paganini, represents what remains today of Cardinal Giulio Alberoni’s extensive estate, which in 1722 covered over 27 hectares.
