At our locations, we safeguard a cultural and architectural heritage of inestimable value. One example is Villa Alberoni, which, along with Villa Paganini, was part of the larger estate that once belonged to Cardinal Giulio Alberoni. In 1722, the estate covered over 27 hectares.
The complex remained intact for over a century, until it was sold and subsequently subdivided in 1874. From then on, the construction of small villas and apartment buildings gradually reduced its size.
The “Tinello Alberoni” is the monumental heart of our gardens. With its colossal statue of the Nile—inspired by a famous Roman work from the 1st century AD—flanked by two Tritons, it welcomes our community every day. It reminds us that critical thinking and independent judgment emerge from a continuous engagement with culture and beauty.
The current villa, built between 1924 and 1929 by engineer Francesco Bruno with a Neo-Baroque decorative scheme by Armando Brasini, is much more than just a location: it’s where our vision takes shape. Living in history to shape the future.
Following the expansion in the 1960s, Villa Alberoni now houses our historic campus at Viale Pola 12. Here, we combine top-notch teaching with scientific research, hosting international seminars and events that connect our students with leaders in business and government.
In this unique ecosystem, we turn knowledge into action to make a real impact on society.
