Luiss agreement with the “Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Roma” for Undergraduate students
The “Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Roma” and the Luiss Guido Carli University have stipulated an agreement for the development of the internship in conjunction with the training course and for the exemption from the first written test of the State examination for the practice of the profession of “Dottore Commercialista e di Esperto Contabile “- section B of the Register (three-year students enrolled in the Course of Studies in Economia e Management).

To ensure that an internship at a professional firm counts towards the credits for Other Activities on your curriculum, as outlined in your academic regulations, you must do the following before the internship begins:
- Have the professional at the host firm complete the Training Project for the Start of the Curricular Internship and sign the Individual Curricular Internship Agreement with the promoter (Luiss Guido Carli);
- Obtain signatures for the training project from Prof. Di Lazzaro (fdilazzaro@luiss.it – academic tutor) and the Professional;
- Send the documents (Training Plan and Agreement) to internship@luiss.it, specifying your student number and surname in the email subject line (student number_surname).
At the end of the internship, the intern will also need to:
- Obtain the signatures of the academic tutor (Prof. Di Lazzaro – fdilazzaro@luiss.it) and the Professional on the internship booklet to be submitted to the Order;
- Prepare a written report on the topics covered during the internship and email it to the academic tutor (fdilazzaro@luiss.it) for assessment of the experience;
- Complete Form II – Internship Evaluation with the host company’s tutor, detailing the activities undertaken and the results achieved during the internship;
- Within 30 days of the end of the internship, send the following documents to the Career Service (by email to internship@luiss.it):
- The training project and the Agreement, signed by all parties;
- Report already assessed by the academic tutor;
- Internship Evaluation Form completed by the company tutor/professional;
- All documentation must be sent in a zip folder named “NAME_SURNAME_matriculation number”, with the email subject line “Chartered Accountant Application”.
The documents will be forwarded to the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs for final approval, and the credits will be recorded on the electronic transcript within 15 days.
