Milan Days – Career Fair, Company Visit & Alumni Meets
Milan Days is the format organised by the Luiss Career Service to facilitate connections between students, undergraduates, recent graduates, and Luiss Alumni with companies, financial institutions, and professional organisations in the Milan area.
The initiative includes recruiting, networking, and guidance through Career Fairs, Company Visits, and meetings with Alumni, giving participants the chance to learn about companies, career paths, and job opportunities.

The 2026 Edition
Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October 2026
Milan Luiss Hub – Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3, Milan
Following the success of its first edition, Milan Days 2026 is back. This event, organised by the Luiss Career Service, is dedicated to connecting with employers and professionals active in the Milan area.
The 2026 edition will feature two themed days:
- Day 1 – Finance & Strategy
- Day 2 - Corporate and Industry
The programme includes a Career Fair, Company Visits, Alumni Meets, mentoring activities, and networking opportunities.
Who it's for
Milan Days 2026 is aimed at a selected delegation of:
- students in the second year of Luiss master's degree programmes;
- students in the final year of the single-cycle degree course in Law;
- recent Luiss graduates.
Participation will be determined based on the candidate's CV, academic background, and personal motivation.

Day 1 - Finance & Strategy
The first day is dedicated to the Finance and Strategy sectors, featuring meetings with employers and professionals from finance and strategic consulting.

10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
The Career Fair Finance will allow participants to meet employers active in the main areas of the finance industry:
- Private Equity;
- Venture Capital;
- Asset Management;
- Search funds;
- Real Estate & Infrastructure.
The meetings will provide insights into professional opportunities, sought-after profiles, and the skills required by the sector.
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
In the afternoon, there will be company visits to strategic consulting firms.
Selected students will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of companies, professionals, and career paths at:
- Bain & Company;
- Boston Consulting Group (BCG);
- McKinsey & Company.
6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
The day will conclude with a dedicated discussion with Luiss Alumni.
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm | Flash Mentoring
One-to-one meetings for discussion and guidance with Alumni from various professional sectors.
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Networking Aperitif
An informal networking opportunity for students, recent graduates, and Luiss Alumni.
Day 2 – Corporate and Industry
The second day is dedicated to the Corporate & Industry sectors and includes a Career Fair featuring national and international companies.

10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
The Corporate & Industry Career Fair will feature companies operating in various market sectors.
Through meetings at the desks and discussions with recruiters and professionals, participants will learn about internship opportunities, graduate programmes, and professional development paths.
