Luiss Banking and Finance Days | 4–5–6 September 2024
Day 1 | 4 September: "Get Ready for Banking & Finance"
4:00 pm: Career guidance workshop “Get Ready for Banking & Finance” with Daisy Martina Laganà (Luiss Alumna and Associate Director, UBS Group) and Alessandro Bechelli (Luiss Alumno and Investment Banking Associate, Jefferies). During the seminar, Daisy and Alessandro will provide an overview of the banking sector, outlining the key players and the various roles available. They will also provide training and advice on how to successfully navigate the selection process, along with timelines and effective steps for applications. They will present the onboarding programmes: Summer Internship, Spring Week, Graduate Programme, and Off-cycle.
Day 2 | 5 September: "Alumni Meets for Banking & Finance
3:00 pm: A networking opportunity for alumni and current students, designed to support younger individuals in planning and developing their careers in the banking and finance sector.
Day 3 | 6 September: "Banking & Finance Day"
From 11:00 to 17:00: Desk meetings will provide students with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the sector and better prepare for applications. HR professionals and bankers will have the chance to interact directly with students, presenting recruitment programmes, available opportunities, daily activities, and the key skills needed to succeed in this field.
