The Luiss Master’s Degree in Strategic Management, classified as LM-77, trains consultants and managers who are capable of designing and managing innovative and sustainable strategies in organisations operating within complex markets and ecosystems.
A distinctive feature of the Programme is the integration of management, economics, law, technology, and sustainability. This interdisciplinary perspective enables the interpretation of economic, institutional, and social transformations, and the development of solutions to strategic challenges and emerging risks.
The course combines a solid theoretical foundation with workshop activities and simulations of real-world scenarios, thanks to ongoing collaboration with leaders from the public, private, and civic sectors.
From the second semester of the first year, students can tailor their course by choosing from the following majors:
- Strategic Management & Consulting (available in both Italian and English): focused on developing skills for management consulting and strategic business management.
- Sustainability & Circular Economy (in English): dedicated to circular business models and managing the ecological transition.
- Technology Strategy (in English): focused on assessing and integrating emerging technologies into business strategies.
- Entrepreneurship and Project Management (in English): a course focused on creating new businesses and managing innovative projects by developing skills in leadership, venture capital, and intellectual property exploitation.
