Once the intern has been identified, the employer must complete the attached form, which is reserved solely for internships conducted within the Lazio Region.

This document will allow our Office to draft both the training project and the agreement, which are generated within the Lazio Region portal.

To define the professional role, the regional directory profile, the EQF Level, and the Activities, the employer must generate a PDF using the Build the training project feature.

Please send the two documents (the completed form in Word format and the PDF generated by the regional portal), along with the PDF of the company tutor's CV, to tirociniextracurriculari@luiss.it.
