Career Day Milano is the recruiting and networking event organised by the Luiss Career Service to connect Luiss students, graduates, and recent graduates with leading companies, financial institutions, and professional organisations operating in the Milan area.

Following the success of its first edition, Career Day Milano 2026 is back. This event, organised by the Luiss Career Service, is dedicated to discovering new career opportunities, internships, and professional integration pathways.
Over the two days, Luiss students, graduates, and recent graduates will have the chance to meet employers, recruiters, managers, and professionals operating in the Milan area directly.
The 2026 edition will feature two themed days focusing on key professional areas within Milan’s job market: Finance and Corporate & Industry.
The Programme includes a Career Fair, Company Visits, mentoring activities, and networking opportunities, giving participants the chance to meet companies and professionals, learn more about graduate recruitment processes, and build their professional network.
Recipients
Career Day Milan 2026 is aimed at a selected delegation of:
- students in the second year of master's degree courses – Luiss Graduate Programmes;
- students in the final year of the single-cycle master’s degree in Law;
- recent Luiss graduates.
Participation is based on meritocratic criteria that take into account the candidate's CV, academic background, and personal motivation.

Day 1: Finance
The first day is dedicated to Finance, featuring meetings with employers and professionals from the buy-side and alternative investments. The Career Fair, Company Visits, mentoring, and networking will provide opportunities to discover internships, graduate programmes, and career paths.

From 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
The Career Fair Finance will offer participants the opportunity to meet employers and professionals active in the main areas of the finance industry, including:
- Private Equity;
- Venture Capital;
- Asset Management;
- Search funds;
- Real Estate & Infrastructure.
Through desk meetings and direct discussions, students and graduates will be able to explore opportunities for internships, graduate programmes, and career paths in the financial sector, learning about the skills and profiles employers are looking for.
From 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
In the afternoon, Career Day Milan will continue with Company Visits to leading MBB strategic consulting firms.
Selected participants will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the working environments, professionals, and career paths in the world of consulting at:
- Bain & Company;
- Boston Consulting Group (BCG);
- McKinsey & Company.
From 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
The first day will conclude with an event dedicated to the Luiss Alumni community.
6:30–8:30 pm | Flash Mentoring
One-to-one meetings for discussion and guidance with Alumni from various sectors and professional backgrounds.
8:30–9:30 pm | Networking drinks
An informal occasion designed to foster new connections between students, graduates, and Luiss Alumni.
Day 2: Corporate and Industry
The second day is dedicated to Corporate & Industry, featuring a Career Fair with national and international companies. Participants will have the chance to meet recruiters, learn about internships and graduate programmes, and explore career opportunities in various sectors.

The second day will focus on the Corporate & Industry world, featuring a Career Fair aimed at companies operating in various sectors of the national and international market.
Through meetings at the desks and discussions with recruiters and company representatives, participants will learn about professional opportunities, internships, graduate programmes, and entry-level positions in the corporate and industrial sectors.
