Young People and Work, 23rd Edition
On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Luiss Career Services office is hosting the 23rd edition of the career guidance day “Youth and Work” at the Luiss campus on Viale Romania.
This is an unmissable event for Luiss students and graduates who are keen to explore, plan, and launch their professional careers. This year, the theme guiding the activities is “The Uniqueness of the Person,” recognizing that digitalization and robotization will increasingly spotlight the importance of empathy and creativity. Students will have the opportunity to meet Human Resources managers from leading national and international companies in an interactive and engaging setting. You'll be able to ask for information about career opportunities directly and informally, and that's not all!
During the 23rd edition of “I Giovani e il Lavoro,” resumes will be exchanged digitally. Students will be able to take part in new initiatives that aim to put the individual’s uniqueness back at the heart of the selection process, such as Blind Interviews, FitJobs, and Case Challenges.
Throughout the event, there will be a Digital Detox Area where you can leave your devices and fully focus on the activities offered!
Why participate?
The “I Giovani e il Lavoro” Career Day is a unique opportunity to engage with company representatives and gain valuable insights to guide your career choices.
Students will be able to gain a closer look at companies, explore various career opportunities, build and strengthen their professional network, and initiate contacts aimed at creating new professional opportunities. The event will also provide a chance to learn about the new recruitment methods companies have been adopting recently and to prepare for all kinds of assessments.
How to prepare
