The Luiss Master's Degree in Administration, Finance and Control, classified as LM-77, trains professionals who can interpret the economic and financial mechanisms of companies, assess their performance, and support their competitiveness in complex and international contexts.
The course integrates accounting, corporate finance, management control, taxation, corporate governance, and sustainability, with a hands-on approach based on case studies and simulations. Students gain advanced skills to analyse financial and non-financial information, govern decision-making processes, and tackle digital transformation through data analysis, big data, and generative artificial intelligence.
The course, delivered in Italian and English, offers two majors:
- Financial Reporting, Control, and Business Consulting, taught in Italian, is geared towards independent practice, auditing, and business consulting. It places particular emphasis on financial reporting, taxation, auditing, compliance, and corporate crisis management.
- Accounting, Financial Management and Control, taught in English, which focuses on the administration, finance, and control functions of multinational groups, financial institutions, and large organisations. The major prepares students for international certifications such as CFA, ACCA, and CIMA, enhancing their competitiveness in the global job market.
The learning objectives include the ability to integrate technical skills with a systemic view, apply ESG criteria to management and reporting, oversee administrative and financial processes, and solve complex problems related to extraordinary transactions, audits, and tax advice. The course also provides the knowledge needed to become a chartered accountant or statutory auditor.
The Director
Saverio Bozzolan
Saverio Bozzolan is a Professor of Accounting and Director of the MSc in Accounting, Finance, and Management Control at Luiss University. Before joining Luiss, he was a Professor of Accounting at the University of Padova. Saverio Bozzolan earned his PhD in Business Economics from CĂ Foscari University (1998). His research interests are in corporate governance (with a focus on family firms), corporate disclosure, risk management, and the links between financial reporting and capital markets. He teaches MSc, MBA, Ph.D., and executive courses in the areas of corporate governance, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.

The educational offering is structured as follows:

Upon completion of each Certificate, a blockchain-notarised digital micro-credential is issued. This securely and verifiably attests to the skills acquired and can be shared on major professional profiles, enhancing one's educational background.

Tuition fees
