Twinning Program

The Twinning Program (TP) is an innovative educational path that exposes students to different academic environments in two countries. Students can tap into the unique learning approaches and methods of each university and leverage the synergies of the disciplinary content of the programs.

UM Graduation

What is a Twinning Program?

The Twinning Program (TP) at Luiss is a collaborative initiative between Luiss and a partner university, offering students from the partner institution the opportunity to pursue a dual degree.

Under this program, students from the partner university are enrolled at both institutions and spend part of their studies at their home university and part at Luiss. Upon completing their studies, participating students receive two degrees: one from their home university and another from Luiss.

Program Structure

The Program can be developed at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.

  • At the BA level, the program involves a 3- to 4-year academic path, with students completing part of their studies at their home university and part at Luiss (for a minimum of two years). The program is aimed at top students enrolled in a 3- to 5-year BA program at the partner university.
  • At the MA level, the TP lasts two years, with one year spent at the home university and one year at Luiss.
