This thematic Working Group (WG) is the primary student body within the Student Council, serving as an intermediary and facilitator between the student community and the Luiss Offices on issues related to Sustainability and Inclusion. The WG brings together students from various degree programs and backgrounds who, driven by a strong interest in comprehensive sustainability (environmental, social, and economic), have voluntarily joined the project.

The WG originated from a bottom-up initiative led by students. It initially took shape as a Commission, then evolved into a Working Group following reforms to the Student Council that led to the creation of Working Groups focused on specific issues and needs.

The Working Group’s mission is to drive change and make a positive impact by promoting initiatives that raise awareness among the student community and by continuously monitoring progress in sustainability and inclusion within the university. The principles and values underpinning the Working Group are responsibility and active participation.
