Soft skills

To ensure students are fully prepared to tackle the complexities and competition of the job market, the University offers a range of innovative courses with a strong practical focus to complement their academic curriculum.

The courses aim to train and develop soft skills—highly sought after and valued in the workplace—alongside the technical expertise gained during students’ studies. Students and professionals collaborate in group work, games, and simulations through hands-on experience.

All courses place a specific focus on the themes of Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability to raise awareness of the value of each individual's contribution to building a better society.

Refining students’ skills is crucial to provide not only a high-level theoretical education, but also an aptitude for practical learning that offers an additional competitive advantage they can leverage in the future.

Please also note that, when calculating the score for selection to international exchange programs with European countries (Erasmus+) and non-European countries, as well as for Double Degree and Structured Partnership programs, all credits valid for the degree that are earned and recorded in the student’s academic record by the end of the winter exam session will be considered. This includes any credits earned for internships, languages, seminars, soft skills, summer schools, early courses, and so on. Credits from any elective courses will not be considered.

In this section, you can view the list of courses that, upon completion, will earn you the credits required for the “Other Activities” section of your curriculum. This information pertains to the courses offered in the 2026–2027 academic year.

The activity calendar will be available in September.
