Rondine Cittadella della Pace is an organization dedicated to reducing armed conflicts worldwide and sharing its methodology for the creative transformation of conflict in every context.
The goal is to contribute to a planet free of armed conflict, where everyone has the tools to handle conflict creatively and positively.
Rondine was founded in a medieval Tuscan village just a few kilometers from Arezzo, Italy. This is where Rondine’s main education and training projects are developed. A place where people can be reborn, becoming leaders of themselves and their communities in the pursuit of the common good.

The project that gave rise to and inspires Rondine is the International Student Residence – World House, which welcomes young people from countries experiencing armed conflict or post-conflict situations. It helps them discover the person within their enemy through the challenging and surprising work of daily coexistence.
Volunteers will be involved in the following activities: supporting the junior generation students who will arrive in October by handling all administrative procedures related to their arrival in Italy and helping them integrate into our culture (this includes conversations in Italian to facilitate language learning); assisting the senior generation students in updating and completing their personal profiles and planning the social impact projects they intend to carry out upon returning to their home countries.
