VolontariaMENTE
VolontariaMENTE is a unique project that connects students with organisations very different from those they're used to working with, allowing them to challenge themselves and grow as individuals.
The key ingredients of all our experiences are:
- training;
- strong ethical values;
- practical and challenging activities.
The aim is to help students grow in self-awareness by supporting them in:
- experience work in its most practical, everyday aspects, to understand how every great project is built on tangible tasks;
- engage with different contexts, to appreciate what you have by understanding its true value;
- meet people with different life stories, to discover how a shared journey can help everyone grow, sometimes in unexpected ways.
General rules
- For each of the proposed activities, the University Credits specified in the study plan under “Other Activities” will be recognised. When completing your study plan, you'll therefore need to select the code SJ1 or SJ2 to obtain the credits for this type of activity. However, you can still participate even if you don't request recognition.
- When calculating the score for selection to international exchange programmes with European countries (Erasmus+) and countries outside Europe, all credits valid for the degree, obtained and recorded in the student’s academic record by the end of the winter exam session, will be considered. This includes any credits earned for internships, languages, seminars, soft skills, summer schools, early courses, etc. However, credits for any elective courses will not be taken into account.
