Spazi Immensi Cooperative - Villa Letizia

• Activity period: 1 week of training, with the schedule to be determined between June 22 and July 6. 2 weeks of project activities, which will be agreed upon with the partner and scheduled between July 6 and August 8, 2020.   

• Location of activities: All activities will be conducted remotely 

• Further logistical details will be agreed upon with partners and communicated in June 2020.   

 The integrated multifunctional limited liability non-profit cooperative “Spazi Immensi” was established in Rome on July 13, 2009, with the aim of contributing to human development and social integration. The cooperative was founded by a group of family members, users, and professionals who are deeply committed to these issues.  

The activities to be carried out will address a genuine need within the association and, consequently, within the community it serves. The aim is to teach volunteers how to address the needs and challenges of others by identifying solutions that are inspired by and grounded in real, non-simulated contexts, ensuring the broadest possible involvement and contribution.  

   More specifically, volunteers will be asked to take concrete actions to benefit and support the association: students will apply their skills and competencies in real-world contexts, internalizing important values such as justice, legality, equality, respect, and care for the environment.  

  Due to the current emergency situation, the experience will be delivered through online learning tools. Therefore, all activities will be carried out without the need to physically host the volunteers at the various proposed locations.
