Spot Volunteering

Spot Volontariato gives students the chance to take part in volunteering activities throughout the academic year and during the summer, working with one or more of Luiss's partner associations.

The Programme focuses on short-term initiatives, which can take place over a few hours, a day, or a weekend. The aim is to allow students to enjoy flexible volunteering experiences that fit easily with their studies and personal commitments, while making a tangible contribution to the activities of partner associations.

All Volontariato Spot initiatives have a limited number of places. Each partner association offers a limited number of places, and applications will be accepted in the order they are received until all available places are filled.

You can sign up for one or more Spot Volunteering activities, as long as they aren't scheduled for the same dates and times.

All students who are properly enrolled on a Luiss Bachelor's, Master's, or Single-Cycle Master's degree programme can take part.

Spot Volunteering activities allow for the recognition of the 4 University Credits (CFU) required for SJ1 – Other Activities, provided that:

• the code SJ1 – Other Activities is included in your Study Plan;
• a total of at least 100 hours of volunteering is completed;
• the student is deemed suitable by the representatives of the partner associations where they have undertaken the activities.
