In the event of a claim, please send an email to helpdesk.luiss@aceaspa.it with:

a completed CAI form and a photo of your
driver's license
a photo of your tax code,
and a description of the accident
photographic documentation of the damage

Before starting the rental, check that the vehicle registration document and insurance certificate (photocopies) are on board.
 

1. Start your rental only at Luiss charging points reserved for car sharing. 
    
2. Turn off your smartphone's automatic Wi-Fi connection .
    
3. Open the Luiss App → Green Mobility → choose a location and vehicle.
    
4. Enter the OTP code you received via SMS (valid for 5 minutes).
    
5. Properly disconnect the charging cable: first from the charging station (if not integrated), then from the vehicle. Finally, store the cable in the car if it's not integrated.
    
6. Start the vehicle using the button next to the main display. Your rental has begun!

When parking outside Luiss locations:

• park in a permitted area 
• take the key with you
• lock the vehicle with the key.

1.    You can only end your rental at a Luiss charging station.

2.    Park properly in front of the charging station (without occupying adjacent spaces).

3.    Turn off the vehicle using the designated button.

       You must not end the rental via the app without first turning off the vehicle!
 
4.    Turn off the lights, and close the windows and doors.
 
5.    Place the key in the center console between the two front seats.

6.    Connect the charging cable: first to the vehicle, then to the charging station (or directly if integrated).

7.    Select 'End rental' in the app → you'll hear the doors lock → you'll receive a notification that the rental is closed. 

The rental is now complete.

• Personal conditions: Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, severe stress, or fatigue is prohibited.
   
• Personal use: You may not lend the vehicle to third parties.
   
• Mandatory return: only to authorized Luiss locations.
   
• Before use: Check the condition of the vehicle (tires, lights, bodywork).
  
  Report any issues to helpdesk.luiss@aceaspa.it; otherwise, any damage will be charged to the last user.
   
• Cleanliness: You must return the vehicle in a clean condition.
   
• Limited traffic zones (ZTL) and parking:
  • Use of fast lanes is prohibited
  • Access to Rome's Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) is permitted
  • Parking is free in the blue spaces provided by the Municipality of Rome
     
• Fines: the user is responsible. You must send a copy of the payment slip to helpdesk.luiss@aceaspa.it.
