The student is solely responsible for the legitimacy of their transfer application to another Italian university. Therefore, they must verify any restrictions imposed by the various university campuses and, where required, obtain their approval. Once the transfer application to another Italian university is submitted, the release form is sent to the destination institution. If the student does not secure a transfer to the desired location, the destination university will return the aforementioned document to Luiss. The student will revert to the status they held prior to the transfer request. If they wish to continue their studies, they must fulfill all requirements for regular enrollment in the academic year.
A transferred student cannot re-enroll in a Luiss program until a calendar year has passed, unless the request is justified by serious and documented reasons.
