Copyright and Creative Industry Technologies
Copyright and Creative Industry Technologies
The Master’s program aims to provide the broadest possible education in copyright law, with a consistent focus on the new challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
The Master’s program aims to be a true “home for creative industries law,” led by experts in copyright and related fields (image rights, trademark law, privacy law, data law, antitrust, etc.). These experts will teach the subject by explaining and analyzing industry regulations, while also providing practical insights based on real-world application of the law to meet the needs of industry professionals.
This approach has led to the involvement of leading associations from the film, music, book publishing, video game, and sports and arts events sectors, along with one of Italy’s foremost media companies and the most important collective management organizations for copyright and related rights.
