Master's in Competition and Innovation Law
Second-Level Master's Degree
The Master's program offers a high degree of specialization in the fields of Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Regulation, and Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. It is designed for recent graduates, young professionals, and company officials, managers, or executives who aim to strengthen their expertise in market-related disciplines, particularly Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and Communications and Regulated Sectors Law. The course is cross-cutting and interdisciplinary, combining legal and economic expertise. It takes a practical approach, focusing on the key developments in the subject areas, the most significant trends in case law, and certain highly topical issues common to the three disciplines involved. The master's program provides opportunities for students to connect with industry professionals, companies, and institutions. It showcases students' resumes and offers internship opportunities with partner organizations, subject to the availability of spots from time to time.
The master's program is divided into the following teaching modules:

- Protection of distinctive signs and protection against unfair competition. Protecting and enhancing a company’s identity and image
- Competition regulation and protection against unfair commercial practices
- Antitrust and regulation

- Sustainable innovation
