Therefore, B&C Law aims to train business lawyers, corporate legal experts, and legal advisors specialized in all areas of law relevant to the corporate world. This is achieved through a comparative analysis of the most significant civil and common law experiences. The program specifically delves into key areas of corporate law, M&A, financial law, international contracts, arbitration, and corporate crises.
