Master's in European Economic Governance (MEEG)

Second-level master's degree

MEEG aims to train fully qualified economists with expert knowledge of European regulation and policy. The technical and analytical skills that participants will acquire at MEEG are designed to train professionals in the field of European institutions and in managing relationships between national institutions or companies and European institutions.

Almost all large and medium-sized firms in EMU member states maintain stable and ongoing interactions with key European institutions. These interactions are often based on firms’ insufficient knowledge of the regulatory framework; on the other hand, European institutions often don’t adequately assess the impact of the regulatory framework on firms’ activities through technical and country-specific instruments. MEEG aims to train professionals who can fill these gaps, both within national institutions and companies and at European institutions.
