The curriculum aims to in fact, to train as modern legal professionals specializing in corporate criminal law. These professionals will be able to collaborate with experts in other fields to meet the demand for individuals with specific legal and compliance expertise, who can manage the “criminal risk” associated with the activities of complex organizations.

Subject areas: entities in corporate criminal law; corporate liability for offenses under Italian Legislative Decree 231 of 2001; corporate, tax, and bankruptcy offenses; and criminal-law protection of financial markets and savings.

The Master’s program is structured into modules designed to provide in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of various topics in corporate criminal law. Throughout the course, there will be written assessments, an oral interview, and a final exam.
