Strategic Negotiation and Human Interaction Executive Course 


In a competitive and ever-changing regulatory environment, the ability to negotiate and manage relationships becomes essential for the profession, for business, and for leading people and organizations. The program offers a scientific and innovative approach to negotiation as a common language, enabling you to effectively address:

Through advanced negotiation models, listening and strategic communication techniques, hands-on exercises, simulations, and real-world case studies, participants will gain a deep understanding of the human mechanisms that drive conflict resolution/dissolution and value creation in professional settings.
