Third Sector. Businesses and Social Benefits

The Third Sector course. Businesses and Social Benefits aims to analyze and explore in depth the legal and fiscal aspects, as well as the managerial, financial, and operational dimensions of the relationships between social activities and the economy. This will enable participants to address the opportunities and challenges presented by a vision of a sustainable and socially responsible economy.

The modules will cover the following topics:

• The third sector: regulatory aspects and its evolution;  
• Management and administration;
• Fundraising: legal and practical aspects;
• Social finance and ESG within the domestic and international legal framework.
