The Programme offers specialised and interdisciplinary training in anti-mafia legislation and prevention measures. The course delves into legal and business-economic aspects, with a focus on the role of court-appointed administrators and corporate turnaround. Particular attention is given to regulatory connections, such as the liability of entities under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. Through an executive and practical approach, participants will develop operational skills to handle real cases and act as company tutors. The faculty, comprising academics and industry experts, ensures training with a strong focus on practical application.

The course is structured around the following modules:

  • Introduction to the Anti-Mafia Code and prevention measures
  • Asset-related prevention measures. Substantive and procedural aspects, and civil law regulations
  • Economic and business measures falling within the prefect's remit
  • Systematic interconnections between the measures of the Anti-Mafia Code and relationships with other related institutions
  • (Legislative Decree 231/2001; other forms of seizure, control, and administration within the criminal justice system)
  • The role of the administrator in anti-mafia economic and corporate measures. Functions, duties, and powers: theory and practice.
