Second-Level Master's Degree

The Master's program aims to train professionals who can define union policies, manage personnel departments, and have a thorough understanding of labor law issues. They will also be able to interact with workers' organizations, trade associations, and entities and institutions related to the world of production (INPS, INAIL, Provincial and Regional Labor Directorates, etc.). 

The Master's program is divided into the following modules: 

· Business organization and corporate strategies 

· Organizational behavior and human resources assessment systems 

· Human resource planning and development – Recruitment, selection, and training of human resources 

· Careers and Communication - Compensation Policies and Tools 

· Labor law and industrial relations 

· Extraordinary operations and human resources management 

· Employment law and management.
