Energy law and sustainability
The course consists of 10 afternoon sessions delivered remotely every Friday. It is designed for graduates, employees, and anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of the energy sector.
The course will cover the following topics in depth:
- Introduction to energy law: fundamental institutions and organizational structures. Regulation.
- The electricity market: sector regulation and its implications for administrative and negotiation functions.
- The natural gas market: sector regulation and its implications for administrative and negotiation functions.
- Consumer protection in energy markets: regulation and contracts.
- Environment and energy: regulation—assets, institutions, and pro-competitive frameworks.
