Instructional goals

The main objective is to introduce the student into the dynamics of policy and project design using the new models of foresight and performance-based evaluation with particular reference to the evolution of European Union policies in this regard

Intended learning outcomes

a) Understanding the ongoing transition and its impact on European regions b) Familiarity with the latest methods for defining policy and project objectives c)Practice in project design at European level with particular reference to the 2028-2035 programming
