For all students enrolled in Bachelor’s, Master’s, or single-cycle degree programs, Summer Schools are a great way to reinforce the knowledge they’ve gained during the academic year. Spending a summer in a foreign country allows you to experience new cultures and improve your language skills.

Luiss also offers students the opportunity to have credits earned abroad recognized as part of their Luiss curriculum. 

The requirements and procedures outlined in the regulations are available on this page.

Upon passing the exam taken abroad during Summer School, as per the regulations, one of the following activities will be recorded in your academic record:

1. An elective course  required by your degree program, which is mandatory for earning the degree.

2. An elective course that awards extra credits not required to earn the degree.

3. Credits for “other activities” following the procedures established by your relevant area of study.
