“EY Foundation Ente Filantropico del Terzo Settore” Graduation Award in memory of Fabrizio Pascale – 2026 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, in collaboration with the EY Foundation Ente Filantropico del Terzo Settore and the family of Fabrizio Pascale, a brilliant Luiss alumnus and EY network partner who passed away prematurely, is launching a competition to award two graduation prizes in his memory, totaling €4,500.
The graduation awards are intended for one graduate of a three-year bachelor's degree program and one graduate of a master's degree program (two-year or single-cycle in Law) from Luiss Guido Carli, who have defended a thesis on topics and issues related to Fabrizio Pascale's area of specialization: “Telco, Media and Technology” or “Digital Innovation.”
Applications for this competition must be submitted by 12:00 PM (Italian time) on May 8, 2026.

“Carlo Federico Benedizione” Graduation Award – 2025 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, in collaboration with the family of Carlo Federico Benedizione, is launching a competition to award two graduation prizes, totaling €2,250.00. These prizes are reserved for graduates of Luiss Guido Carli’s Bachelor’s, Master’s, or single-cycle Master’s programs who complete their studies in the calendar year 2025, defend a thesis on topics related to sports in the economic, legal, or socio-political fields, and achieve a grade of at least 105/110.
The Benedizione family funds the Graduation Awards to honor the memory of Carlo Federico, a brilliant Luiss Law graduate who was a passionate sports enthusiast and deeply committed to the values of courage, dedication, and respect that the sport embodies.
The deadline for submitting applications is January 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
“EY Foundation Ente Filantropico T.S.” Degree Awards in memory of Alessio Losurdo – 2025 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, with the support of the EY Foundation Ente Filantropico del Terzo Settore, is launching a competition to award two graduation prizes in memory of Alessio Losurdo, a brilliant Luiss alumnus and EY manager.
The degree awards are intended for one graduate of a three-year program and one graduate of a master’s or single-cycle master’s program from Luiss Guido Carli, who have defended a thesis on the application of innovative elements in public administration, such as artificial intelligence, for example.
All candidates who complete their studies between January 1 and November 30, 2025, and graduate with a grade of at least 105/110, will be eligible to participate in the competition.
Applications for this competition must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025.
Allianz Trade Degree Award in memory of Roberta Buzzi – 2025 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, with funding from Allianz Trade Italia and in collaboration with the Buzzi family, is launching a competition in memory of Roberta Buzzi, Head of Risk Controlling Mediterranean Countries, Africa and Middle East. The competition will award a €3,000 graduation prize to the best thesis on technical, actuarial, legal, and economic aspects related to Risk Controlling & Management, Insurance and Reinsurance, Trade Credit and Forms of Guarantee, and Credit Risk.
Applications must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025.
“Francesco Mansutti” Degree Award - 2025 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, in collaboration with the Francesco Mansutti Association, is launching a competition to award two graduation prizes, totaling €4,000.00. These prizes are reserved for graduates of Luiss Guido Carli’s Bachelor’s, Master’s, or single-cycle Master’s programs who complete their current studies between June 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025. Candidates must defend a thesis on topics related to the agri-food industry in the economic, legal, or fiscal fields and achieve a grade of at least 105/110.
The degree awards are funded to honor the memory of Francesco Mansutti, a brilliant Luiss graduate in Administration, Finance, and Control, and to promote research in the agricultural sector, where Francesco worked with dedication.
The deadline for submitting applications is September 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Mario Arcelli Graduation Award – 2025 Edition
Luiss Guido Carli, with the financial support of the Mario Arcelli Foundation and in collaboration with CASMEF – the Arcelli Center for Monetary and Financial Studies – and Intesa Sanpaolo, is honored to launch a competition to award a €2,500 degree prize in memory of Mario Arcelli, the distinguished Rector of our University from 1992 to 2002.
Participation in the competition is reserved for graduates of master’s and single-cycle master’s programs at Luiss Guido Carli who, between June 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025, have completed their current degree program with a grade of at least 105/110, having defended a thesis in the field of economics and monetary and credit policy.
The application form must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on September 12, 2025.

Call for Entries for the “Umberto Bognani” Award, 2nd Edition – Year 2024
For the second edition of the Umberto Bognani Award, the Fiba Foundation, in partnership with three Italian universities, is launching a competition to recognize a research project of scientific interest. The project should address topics such as promoting a culture of equal opportunities, preventing violence against women, overcoming gender stereotypes, and combating discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2025.

“David Sassoli” Graduation Award – 2023 Edition
One year after the passing of David Sassoli, Luiss Guido Carli is joining the CRUL project “The President of the European Parliament David Sassoli: the unity of Europe, the dignity of the individual.” To honor his memory, the university is launching a competition for master's graduates in the Policies and Governance in Europe and International Relations programs. Two €1,000 degree prizes will be awarded to the best theses analyzing David Sassoli's intellectual, professional, and political biography, with a focus on European issues during the period from 2009 to 2022, when Sassoli served as a Member of the European Parliament and President of the European Parliament. Theses must be defended during the 2023/2024 academic year and receive a grade of at least 105/110.
The application form will be available starting July 1, 2024.
