Our commitment is structured around four areas of focus, where initiatives, programs, and projects are designed to integrate environmental, social, and governance principles into campus life, research, internal processes, and our relationships with the university community and the local area.

Each area helps turn ESG values into concrete, measurable, and integrated actions. The goal is to create a positive impact, empower people, reduce our environmental footprint, encourage sustainable behavior, and make the campus an ecosystem that generates shared, replicable, and lasting value.

People and Internal Culture

We see people and their potential as the most valuable asset for creating shared value. That’s why we support projects focused on well-being, inclusion, collaboration, and the empowerment of every individual within the university community.
