Our University fosters a culture of inclusion and values diversity, aiming to implement more and more specific actions in this regard and strengthen its commitment, especially in terms of gender policies and social inclusion. 
Today, more than ever, eliminating inequalities in all areas of our lives is one of the key conditions for achieving sustainable and inclusive growth. 
Luiss, aware of its role in educating professionals and, above all, citizens, is committed on a daily basis to enhancing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion policies and raising awareness of these issues among its internal and external stakeholders. 
With this vision, in 2021, the Rector established the position of Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion, Professor Emiliana de Blasio. In collaboration with the Social Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion Office, she aims to implement measures, policies, and initiatives that promote and safeguard equal opportunities and inclusion policies within the University.
