Obiettivi formativi

This course equips participants with a practical understanding of the theoretical frameworks and models that will help them in strategy formulation and implementation. The course integrates the knowledge of core business courses to help participants make better strategic decisions in the context of a dynamic business and management environment. In particular, participants will develop competence to think critically, analyze and formulate strategic decisions.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

Attending Students will be evaluated on the following activities: 1x Paper presentation and discussion (10%)  Weekly written assignments (20%)   Group Project Work (60%) Steps of Project Work during TA sessions (20%)  Peer review evaluation (10%)  Group Presentation (with slides) of project in W12 (10%) Group Research Paper submission  (20%)  In-person final exam - individual (10%)  Non-attendant students must study all concepts mentioned on the professor slides and all papers discussed by professor and students. The final written exam will include multiple-choice and open-ended questions on the above readings.
