Gianluigi Me is a distinguished professional with a Laurea in Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. in Business Management Engineering . As an OF-4 at Carabinieri Law Enforcement, he serves as Head of IT operations after holding the position of Deputy Head of the ICT Security Department. He also has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”,LUMSA and LUISS Guido Carli University. CEPOL and many International Bodies. Holding patents in security software, his research spans Crime Data Science, OSINT , Digital Forensics. He co-edited the “Handbook of Electronic Security and Digital Forensics” and authored "OSINT in the Intelligence Era" in 2023. Actively involved in IEEE Conference Committees and Editorial Boards, he is a distinguished contributor to the field.
