Luiss Welcome Lectures - Emerging Technologies: Knowledge Legitimacy and Entrepreneurial Activities
Like any university, Luiss thrives on its academic community, which fuels the production and dissemination of knowledge. This community is naturally open to the arrival of new members.
Luiss Welcome Lectures is a series of events where new members of the academic community are given the opportunity to present their potential future contributions and engage in stimulating academic debate with faculty, students, and guests.
The fifth event in the series will feature Maria Savona, who will present her research agenda on digitalization, employment, and data governance, and Christian Lechner, who will shed light on how actors in entrepreneurial ecosystems gain legitimacy and how this impacts their performance. Both research agendas rely on constructs and categories that enable a more nuanced understanding of emerging technologies and economic phenomena.
