Cooperation Agreement between ILEO and IViR

The ILEO – Innovation Law and Ethics Observatory (Luiss Guido Carli University) is delighted to announce the signing of an International Cooperation Agreement with the Institute for Information Law (IViR) (University of Amsterdam). The event was attended by the two directors, Professor Christophe Geiger and Professor Martin Senftleben, as well as the Director of the LUISS Department of Law, Professor Antonio Punzi, and Professor Barbara De Donno, Special Advisor to the Luiss Rector for Internationalization in the Area of Law.

As part of their collaboration, driven by a shared desire to strengthen their relationship and contribute to the development of higher education and research, the institutions will undertake joint activities in the field of AI/platform governance and the regulatory framework for creativity in the digital environment.

After the signing, ILEO, in collaboration with the Luiss Department of Law, hosted a public lecture by Professor Senftleben on the corrosive effect of outsourcing human rights to the platform industry.
