Cooperation Agreement between ILEO and IViR

The ILEO - Innovation Law and Ethics Observatory (Luiss Guido Carli University) is delighted to announce the signature of an International Cooperation Agreement with the Institute for Information Law (IViR) (University of Amsterdam), in presence of the two directors Professor Christophe Geiger and Professor Martin Senftleben, as well as the Director of LUISS Department of Law Professor Antonio Punzi and Professor Barbara De Donno, Special Advisor to the Luiss Rector for Internationalization in the Area of Law.

As a part of their collaboration, in a common desire to strengthen their relationship and in order to contribute to the development of higher education and research, the structures will implement joint activities in the field of AI / Platform governance and the regulatory framework for Creativity in the Digital Environment.

After the signature, ILEO jointly with the Luiss Department of Law hosted a public lecture by Professor Senftleben on the corrosive effect of human rights outsourcing to the platform industry.
