Contenuti Del Corso
The course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the main principles of Private Law and will give students an overview about the main areas of Private Law (contract law, tort law, property law, unjust enrichment). A special special focus will lie on global contract and tort law as well as current developments in Private Law (digitalisation, sustainability).
