Obiettivi formativi

A good article should be strategically written with the goal of conveying the importance, relevance and details of the research. This course aims to develop students’ writing skills that will assist them in writing their master’s thesis and communicating in their future career. A vital component of the course will be a focus on the writing process. We will not only examine the research process, but also focus on how to communicate the key components of a research project. This will help students actively think about how to effectively express their ideas, improve their writing skills, and develop a critical approach.

This course will improve students’ writing skills and assist them in writing their masters’ thesis. They will excel in formulating and communicating arguments effectively in written, graphical, or oral format. The course will also enhance their conceptual skills and help them develop a research-oriented perspective.

Contenuti Del Corso

The course content is organized in line with a structure of a master’s thesis. Throughout the semester, we will focus on each component of an article including but not limited to the research question, literature review, conceptual development, hypotheses formulation, methodology, discussion of the results, and formatting. Students will read academic articles published in the top journals in line with the topics of each week. These articles will be provided.
