Annual Event of the European Network of Intellectual Property Scholars (EIPIN) organised in partnership with the Luiss Department of Law, the Master for Competition and Innovation of the School of Law and the PhD programme in Law and Business. 

EIPIN is a European Network of Intellectual Property (“IP”) Scholars founded in 1999 aiming at facilitating and increasing cooperation among IP researchers and students in Europe. EIPIN signifies excellence in IP research and education, based on the intense collaboration among academics for the future of research and education in the field.

The first day consists of a PhD workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to allow early/mid/late-stage PhD Candidates to present and discuss their work with experienced scholars and to obtain feedback and guidance. The second day consists of different sessions held by senior researchers coming from participating universities from the network and other invited scholars.
