2026 EIPIN Conference
The Annual Event of the European Network of Intellectual Property Scholars (EIPIN) is organized in partnership with the Luiss Department of Law, the Master's in Competition and Innovation from the School of Law, and the PhD program in Law and Business.
EIPIN is a European Network of Intellectual Property (“IP”) Scholars founded in 1999 with the aim of facilitating and increasing cooperation among IP researchers and students in Europe. EIPIN represents excellence in IP research and education, built on the strong collaboration among academics to shape the future of research and education in the field.
The first day features a PhD workshop. The workshop aims to enable PhD candidates at various stages of their studies to present and discuss their work with experienced scholars, and to receive feedback and guidance. The second day features various sessions led by senior researchers from participating universities in the network, along with other invited scholars.
