The Metaverse and NFT phenomena are two of the main trends characterizing the era of digitalization and Web 3.0. The future will bring new experiences in business, work, and socialization within virtual worlds, and companies will have the opportunity to develop new business models.

The Observatory, established in 2023 in collaboration with EY, aims to analyze the evolution of the Metaverse and NFTs over time, increase knowledge about them, and, most importantly, provide managers and entrepreneurs with the tools they need to better address the challenges of tomorrow. This will be achieved through a series of regular initiatives, such as focus groups with companies, qualitative and quantitative surveys for CEOs and managers, themed meetings, an annual report, and an annual event showcasing the activities undertaken.
