The Observatory aims to promote philanthropy as a subject of academic study at both the national and international levels by creating a permanent platform for dialogue, analysis, and the dissemination of practices in the field, involving all key players in philanthropy. To achieve its goals, the Observatory will conduct research and disseminate its findings with academic rigor, facilitating the transfer of knowledge to managerial practice and supporting the testing of innovative solutions in the field of philanthropy.

The new Observatory also aims to engage key players in philanthropy from academia and economic, political, and social institutions, both nationally and internationally.
