The Look4ward Observatory, established in 2023 in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo, aims to become a leading reference point for analyzing, understanding, and monitoring changes in the labor market. This includes responses to the evolution of digitalization and challenges related to the green economy and health and care. The goal is to anticipate and guide the strategic decisions of companies and training institutions, as well as inform the policies of public decision-makers. The Observatory’s name evokes the idea of “looking beyond,” meaning understanding how current trends are evolving and anticipating future scenarios that will shape the world of work tomorrow.

The Observatory will publish an annual report and in-depth working papers on specific focus areas. Events will be held to present the results of field surveys, featuring participation from partner organizations, as well as leading figures from the worlds of business, education, the professions, and institutions.
