Booking process

Accommodation is assigned through an automated processing.
The system:

• accepts requests in chronological order;
• assigns places based on availability at the time of booking;
• automatically closes when all available spots are filled.

The days and times for online reservations will be posted on this page.

Who can apply

The following individuals can apply for housing:

• International students participating in Erasmus / Bilateral Exchange programs for the 2026/2027 academic year
• International students participating in Double Degree programs for the 2026/2027 academic year

How to access the online process

To participate in the booking process, you must:

1. Register in advance using the link that will be posted below.
2. Access the online booking platform on the specified day and time.
3. Go to the box “ERASMUS, Bilateral Exchange and Double Degree programs - ANNUAL accommodation booking requests” or the box “ERASMUS, Bilateral Exchange and Double Degree programs - SEMESTRAL accommodation booking requests”
4. Select the facility and type of accommodation from the options currently available.

First semester 2026/2027 (5 months) – from 09/01/2026 to 01/30/2027
Full 2026/2027 academic year (10 months) – from 09/01/2026 to 06/26/2027

Wednesday, June 10, 2026, 10:00 AM local time

Tax code

If the student does not yet have an official tax code, they can use the code automatically generated by the Web Self-service (it has no legal value but is valid for pre-registration).

To retrieve it:

1. Log in to the Web Self-service;
2. Go to Menu;
3. Go to the Home page;
4. Go to the Personal Information section.

The generated tax code will be visible in that section.

Allocation period

The accommodation can only be booked for the entire period specified for:

• First semester 2026/2027 (5 months) – from 09/01/2026 to 01/30/2027
• 2nd semester 2026/2027 (5 months) – from 02/01/2027 to 06/26/2027
• Entire 2026/2027 academic year (10 months) – from 09/01/2026 to 06/26/2027

It is not possible to book periods that are shorter than those specified.

Booking confirmation

Students who complete their booking online:

• will receive an email within a few days with instructions for confirming;
• must follow the instructions received to finalize the assignment.

Failure to confirm by the specified deadline will result in the loss of the reserved spot.
